I not only know farm and ranch, but I live farm and ranch.  Its in the blood and the genes per sea!  I trained show horses for about 25 years before I turned to Real Estate.  I still raise a few horses, my daughter is active in 4-H and we raise 4H club lambs for the local 4-H clubs.  I am well versed in what it takes to contain the critters and what land is suitable for different aspects of the farm and ranch community.   

 

 Purchasing rural property is a bit different then buying a house in town.  Most are not hooked up to city sewer or any sort of city amenity.  You need to know how to navigate that information.  Community wells, private wells, community septic to private septic systems, road agreements many more obstacles to negotiate.  You want to have someone on your team that understands what we are talking about and knows where to find you the answers that you need to be well informed.  

 

 Customer service is important to me!  I want to be your Realtor for life!  Customer service is more then just showing you a home or listing your home.  Its answering questions, being available to you.

 

 My promise to all of my customers is I will always get back to you same day!  Usually within an hour or 2 tops.  As most of my clients will tell you.  I am easy to get a hold of.  I'm not a coward I don't check out on the day you have to be delivered bad news.  And I am a trouble shooter.   When there is a will there is a way!  That has carried me through life and I use it constantly to help you succeed and achieve your home buying or selling goals.  Its being part of a team!   Together we get it done!
